Please note that reports of Barking Dogs must include full customer details and as much information as possible (such as location address and time of day barking occurs) for Council to investigate. Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.

Graffiti Removal Request Use this form to request removal of graffiti on public land (e.g. park, Council building or carpark).

If you see someone writing graffiti, please report it immediately:

    Illegal Dumping of Rubbish

    Rates - Change of Mailing Address Request

    If you are the owner of a residential property within the City of Ryde, you can use this form to request a change of address for the service of your rates notice.

    If you wish to change the mailing address for multiple properties, you will need to submit a form for each property individually.

    Please note: If your request is submitted less than 10 business days prior to the posting date of your next rates notice, then the change may not take effect until after that notice is sent. Each property will only receive one notice (either electronic or paper, not both) when payment falls due.

    To make the switch to paperless billing, you may wish to register with your bank for BPay View, alternatively you can register here to receive your rates notice via email. Please note that if you choose to receive your notices electronically, no further paper notices will be sent.

    Waste Services - Missing Residential Bin Form Use this form to report a missing residential waste bin and request a replacement.

    Waste Services - Discontinue Residential Service

    Use this form to discontinue your additional or standard residential waste service.

    Please note that if you are requesting a discontinuation of your standard waste services, domestic waste charges will still apply for your property's annual rates (including 140L Garbage, 240L Greenwaste and 240L Recycling charges).

    By completing this form, you are declaring that you are owner of the subject property address and that the information is true and correct within this form.

    Community Tenant Enquiries

    The Tenant Enquiry Form is a customer service system for tenants of community buildings owned by Council.

    Use this form to make a standard or low priority tenant request. Before contacting Council, establish whose responsibility the matter falls to by checking your Licensing Documentation. If the matter falls within your responsibility you are responsible for undertaking the works.

    When completing this form, please provide as much information as possible to enable us to provide a prompt response, assessment and resolution timeframe. Please note that you can also submit your request by contacting Customer Service on ph 9952 8222 during business hours.

    Parks - Damaged Equipment

    Please use this category to report damage to a children's playground or outdoor fitness equipment within a park.

    Parks - Cleaning of Public Toilets

    Please use this category to request cleaning of public toilets located within a Council park.

    Parks - Mowing Request

    All community parks, reserves and sports fields are mowed on a scheduled roster system.

    Occasionally, due to seasonal weather, the grass at various parks and reserves grows much faster. Council tries to accommodate the warmer / wetter months through additional mowing where possible. Please use this category to report long or overgrown grass in a park or reserve.

    All requests will be investigated by Council Officers and additional mowing undertaken on a priority basis and in accordance with available funding.

    Trees - Request a New Street Tree

    Use this form to request tree planting on the road reserve directly adjacent to your property.

    Please note that you cannot request a street tree to be planted in front of another person’s property. The request must be made from the property owner.

    All requests will be considered in line with Council's Street Tree Master Plan, and in accordance with available funding.

    Tenant Maintenance Requests

    The Tenant Maintenance Request Form is a customer service system for tenants of commercial and residential buildings owned by Council.

    Use this form to make a standard or low priority tenant request. Before contacting Council, establish whose responsibility the matter falls to by checking your lease agreement. If the matter falls within your responsibility you are responsible for undertaking the works.
